Packaging
All jewellery is presented in a pretty, spotty organza bag as standard. These bags look lovely if you are to give your jewellery as a gift, but they are also handy for storing your jewellery as they stop it getting tangled with other items in your jewellery box. If you wish to have any of your items in a gift box, please contact me for details and pricing as it varies per size and item.Postage and Delivery
UK: Standard UK Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is now free of charge!I also offer "1st class Recorded Signed For" deliveries within the UK at £2.50 per order. This service requires a signature and provides further peace of mind - I would recommend this as the safer way of ensuring your parcel arrives safely. You can stipulate an alternative delivery address (eg: your work address) during the checkout process should you not be at home during the day. I always obtain proof of posting and will initiate any approriate claim should any item get lost in transit.
International Delivery: International deliveries are shipped at a flat rate of £5 per order.
I want you to be entirely satisified with your jewellery purchase and will do all I can to help make that so.
If you are not completely happy, please contact me without delay upon receipt. I will happily exchange or refund any item that is returned to me within 14 days of receipt, unused and in its original packaging. I do not refund the postage costs. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Customise your jewellery
Any jewellery made by me can be altered to meet your particular requirements (eg: colour, length, clasp type etc). I am also happy to discuss any other ideas you have about creating an item that is truly unique to you. Please contact me.Jewellery repairs or alterations
I am happy to quote on repairs of many jewellery items. Please contact me with details of the required repair so that I can give you a quote.Jewellery care
I use handcrafted glass beads in many of my jewellery pieces. Glass beads have many beautiful properties and are fragile, so please do handle your jewellery with care. To help keep your jewellery looking its best...- Put your jewellery on after you have applied creams, perfumes and hair products etc.
- Don't wear your jewellery in the shower/bath, when swimming or sweating in the gym!
- When not in use, keep your silver jewellery in an airtight bag as air is one of the main causes of tarnishing (unless you want it to tarnish of course. I personally like the tarnishing effect in some cases and I think it can add character to a piece). If you want to remove tarnish from your jewellery, wipe it over with a silver polishing cloth (available in the online shop).
